1. Who we are

This app is provided by intelligence.studio. We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What data we collect

Account identifier — when you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive only the name and email address you choose to share. If you continue as Guest, no account information is collected.
Firebase anonymous UID (used to link your session with subscription status via RevenueCat)
Uploaded room photos (may include EXIF metadata such as location and timestamp)
Generated interior images
Subscription status and entitlements (managed via RevenueCat)
Device data (non-personal, for performance analytics)

3. How we use your data

We use your account identifier to recognize you across sessions when you are signed in.
Your room photos are sent to OpenAI’s API to generate redesigned interior images.
Generated results are stored securely on Google Cloud servers.
We use your anonymous Firebase UID to identify your subscription across Apple, Google, and RevenueCat — we do not share your email with RevenueCat.
We strip EXIF metadata (including GPS location) from your room photos before processing to protect your privacy.
We do not use your photos for training or marketing without your consent.

4. How long we keep your data

Photos and generated images are stored for 365 days.
Subscription records are kept for the duration required by tax and legal obligations.
You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

5. Third-party services

We share limited data with:

OpenAI API (for image generation)
Firebase (for authentication and anonymous session management)
Google Cloud (for secure file storage)
RevenueCat (for subscription management and entitlement tracking — receives only your anonymous Firebase UID, never your email)
Apple App Store / Google Play Store (for payment processing)

All partners are GDPR-compliant and process data securely.

7. Security

We use encryption and access controls to keep your data safe. Only authorized personnel can access your photos and account information.

8. Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy as needed. You will be notified of significant changes through the app.
